For special requests related to your reservation at the Franklin Marriott or the Residence Inn Franklin Cool Springs (including, but not limited to ADA accessible rooms, arrival prior to the conference dates, etc.), please call the hotel directly and ask for the Group Rooms Coordinator at the property.  Group Rooms Coordinators are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, and all voicemails will be returned promptly.

The Franklin Marriott accepts advanced deposit by check as a method of payment. Should you need to cancel a reservation for which a check has already been submitted to the hotel, your payment will be refunded to the address on the check within 30 days of your cancellation, provided that the reservation cancellation occurred outside of the group’s cancellation window of 72 hours prior to arrival.
